The current method of submitting ideas and voting on them is cumbersome and time consuming. It is also hard to find a good common time for everyone involved to attend the voting session.

In my work I need to have access to multiple virtual private networks. It would be nice if there was to get a link that described that: This ressource, on this network can be accessed in this way.
It should be possible to copy this link to coworkers, so they also would get access to the same resource, just by using the link.
